6. Betting

6.1 The use of these sports bets is subject to the regulations imposed by the authorities of the Democratic Republic of Congo (Ministry of Sports and Leisure, SONAL).

6.2 Any conflict related in any way to the use of these sports bets must be communicated to the email address: info@congobet.cd.

6.3 Congobet reserves the right to make changes to the site, betting limits, payout limits and offers.

6.4 A bet may and will be declared void or counter-claimed if it is necessary to comply with applicable law or in case of force majeure, or in the event that the player does not confirm the authenticity of the identity data provided, within 30 days from the moment the game account was credited, or if his/her name appears on the list of self-excluded and undesirable persons.

The betting rules are an integral part of the Agreement between Congobet and the Account Holder. By accepting the Congobet Rules, the Account Holder confirms that he has read and understood the betting rules and will comply with them.

7. Virtual Betting

Virtual bets are made available to Congobet by Sportradar AG ("Betradar"). Betradar uses a software component via a remote server.

8. Casino – games – Live Casino

8.1 Game Providers – The Casino, the games and the Live Casino are made available by the following game providers (“Game Providers”):

8.1.1 Casino products and games are made available to Congobet by the following game providers (as indicated in each game):

a. Netent Gaming Solutions PLC ("Netent"), registered in Malta under registration number C 47277, having its registered office at The Marina Business Centre, Abate Rigord Street, Ta' Xbiex Malta, authorised by the regulatory authority under licence number 853/28.03.2016 (production and distribution of specialist gaming software) and 884/16.04.2016 (management and hosting facilities on the gaming platform);

b. Prima Networks Spain Plc (Microgaming Europe Limited) (“Microgaming”), registered in Malta under registration number C 54335, having its registered office at Ground Floor, The George Complex, Triq Ball, San Giljian STJ3123, Malta. The Casino Games provided by Microgaming are hosted and supported by Microgaming on the Microgaming platform, authorised by the regulatory authority under licence number 701/18.03.2016 (production and distribution of specialised software for gambling) and 931/30.04.2016 (management and hosting facilities on the gaming platform);

c. Scientific Games (Gibraltar) Limited (Williams Interactive/Jadestone Networks Malta Ltd) (“Jadestone”) is a company registered in Gibraltar, having its registered office at Gibraltar, 57/63 Line Wall Road, registration number: 108547, authorised by the regulatory authority under licence number 1066/23.05.2016;

d. Play'n Go Malta Ltd ("Play'n Go") is a company registered in Malta, having its registered office at "Vincenti Buildings", 28/19 (Suite 1026) Strait Street, Valletta, Malta, registration number C5448. The Casino Games provided by Play'n Go are hosted and supported by Play'n Go on the Play'n Go platform, authorised by ONJN under licence number 1065/23.05.2015.

e. Relax Gaming Limited (“Relax Gaming”), a company registered in Malta, having its registered office at 6, The Firs, George Borg Olivier Street, Sliema SLM 1801, Malta, registration no.: C48993. The Casino Games provided by Relax Gaming are hosted and supported on the Relax Gaming platform, authorized in Romania under license number 1121/26.05.2016, granted by ONJN.

f. NYX Interactive Malta Ltd (“NYX”), a company incorporated under the laws of Malta, with registration number C51711, whose registered office is at Villa Seminia, 8 Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1011, Malta. The Casino Games provided by NYX are hosted and supported by NYX on the NYX platform, authorised by the ONJN under licence number 856/28.03.2016 and 1419/26.07.2016;

g. IGT (Gibraltar) Limited ("IGT"), having its registered office at 57/63 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar. IGT holds a license for management and hosting facilities on the gaming platform (no.883/16.04.2016) and a license for production and distribution activities of specialized software for gambling (no.905/16.04.2016), issued by ONJN.

8.2 Congobet is authorized by the game providers to represent, promote and market the Casino, Live Casino and gaming services.

8.3 Congobet receives, holds and pays funds in relation to an account holder for the purpose of carrying out transactions and settlements related to the Casino, Live Casino and games.

8.4 Congobet is not liable for any disputes relating to the intellectual property rights attached to the Casino, the games and/or the Live Casino.

8.5 Congobet accepts and acknowledges liability for transactions made to, from and/or with the Casino, Live Casino and games solely for funds received, held and/or paid into and/or from a Congobet account in connection with an arrangement established with the game providers.

8.6 The Casino and Games can be played for free or for a fee. Accordingly, the Account Holder understands and acknowledges that no purchase is necessary or mandatory to play the Casino and Games products. In order to play for real money, a person must register and become an Account Holder.

8.7 Employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, agents, retailers of Congobet and the game providers, as well as their close relatives are not eligible to participate in the Casino, Live Casino and games.
